Residential Developments (2)

Projects

A feasibility study for a future development, for an existing client.

This study was to derive a satisfactory use for an awkwardly shaped site at the end of a residential cul-de-sac, backing onto open ground. The site had been assembled over several years; it was originally a shared garden for the rather grand terrace of houses on the cul-de-sac, which was originally gated.

The former garden had been neglected (as had the existing houses, no longer grand at all) and had become heavily overgrown.

The proposals envisage sixteen 2 bedroomed flats, each with a balcony. Every flat will have off-street parking within a secure perimeter.

The plans are currently awaiting approval.
