I can carry out Periodic or Quinquennial (Five yearly) Inspections. These are often required by Churches and other charitable bodies, and may be a good idea for other types of premises.

The intention of a Quinquennial Inspection is to ensure that the condition of the building is monitored and that the owner or manager receives professional advice on the work needed to keep the building in sound condition.

The United Reformed Church and the Methodist Church have written guidelines for Quinquennial Inspections, and I regulary carry out inspections to their requirements.

I am happy to apply similar techniques to other types of building.
