I can carry out Periodic or Quinquennial (Five yearly) Inspections. These are often required by Churches (for some denominations and for all Churche buildings listed as of Historic or Architectural Interest) this is a requirement. it is also a good idea for other types of premises.

The intention of a Quinquennial Inspection is to ensure that the condition of the building is monitored and that the owner or manager receives professional advice on the work needed to keep the building in sound condition.
