A Feasibility Study normally consists of an appraisal of a site, or off existing premises, together with outline design work to establish whether and how a project can proceed.

A Feasibility Study can also include by agreement
If your requirements are aready clear - especially when making minor alterations to existing premises, or when proposing a clearly defined new building on a site where there are unlikely to be planning difficulties, a Feasibility Study may not be required. This can be discussed at an initial visit.
